The website has been created without need for installing any cookies or sending cookies to the server, however some browsers tend to cache the information you have been browsing and indeed all websites you have been visiting. Where do you keep information on learners?

All applications are loaded to an information retrieval system, and the hardcopies are kept in a secure manner. Access to the information system is governed by access control system which is reviewed occasionally to ensure that there are no information leaks due to compromises on passwords

Can I have Access to information about my learner which you have taken in an application?

Absolutely, you can make an appointment to have the information retrieved or updated. However once an application is made, we cannot under the law destroy such information until such a stipulated time.

What are my obligations in terms of updating the records kept with the school?

It is the obligation of each parent/guardian to keep the following information up to date:

  • Current postal and residential address of the child
  • Telephone and Cell phone contacts of all the parents/guardians including emergency numbers
  • Any other information that the school may request including the sponsors for school fees purposes
